Your data may be shared only with the following technical providers:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) — hosting and form processing provider. Transfers to a third country are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
• Google LLC (USA) — storage of form data in Google Sheets. Transfer safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland, EU) — advertising tracking via Meta Pixel on advertising landing pages.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Contact form submissions — up to 3 years from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.
• Advertising data (Meta Pixel) — per Meta Platforms policy, typically 180 days.
• Hosting logs (Netlify) — per Netlify policy, typically 30 days.

After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.

On advertising landing pages (e.g. /uk/ipoteka-dlya-inozemtsiv) we use Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure advertising campaign performance. Meta Pixel may set cookies and collect device and browser identifiers.

The main website does not use third-party analytical cookies. The site may use strictly necessary technical cookies required for basic functionality.
